My experience with ANNIE-MAC/ Stephen Roe

I had the great pleasure of dealing with Stephen Roe for getting a mortgage. I had looked at many companies and have tried to deal with many people to help with my situation in getting a mortgage. I had gone to hell and back trying to find someone to help me. I came across Stephen Roe from my realtor and I must say I was so thankful to have worked with someone that cares and respects their customers so much. My Mortgage was not like most I had to close within 30 days and had a lot to do and we had a co- signer that was in her 80's so try to imagine a very uninformed elderly woman that doesn't understand todays rules and regulations. Stephen not only gave myself the reassurance that everything would work out but he also did for our co-signer witch let me tell you it was not an easy task. Another great trait of Stephen, that I did not find anywhere else was that no matter what time I called he answered his phone and if he didn’t I had an email or text just minutes later telling me he will be calling me in ten and the reason why he didn’t answer. I felt like more than a customer to Stephen, I guess the best way to describe it would be a family friend ( even though we have not met before this ). He always went above and beyond and I would refer him to anyone family and friends. Not only did I receive a legendary experience with Stephen but I also found someone I will continue to do business from here on out. THANK YOU!!!!!
